Nathan Schwartz-Salant, Ph.D., was trained as a Jungian analyst in Zürich, Switzerland, and since 1969 has had a psychotherapy practice, now in Blue Hill, Maine. He is the author of numerous clinical papers and books, including The Mystery of Human Relationships: Alchemy and the Transformation of the Self (Routledge, 1998). His latest book is The Order-Disorder Paradox:Understading the Hidden Side of Change in Self and Society (North Atlantic, 2017). Among other projects, he is working on a book, A Touch of Evil: Encounters With a Narcissist.
