Innovation, mind-body connection, wellness and holistic health care are Dr. Khan's passions. He started his journey with initial training in pediatrics, followed by a fellowship in pediatric neurology, becoming intrigued along the way in the integral and pivotal role played by sleep in the human body. He received Board Certification from the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology in Child Neurology and later in Sleep Medicine. He followed the path to learning about and utilizing iRest® (www.irest.us) and cognitive behavior therapy for insomnia (CBT-I) in his practice to benefit a large number of his patients with insomnia. He is presently involved in writing about his experiences with his patients in a book about insomnia and in research on the effects of iRest® on sleep.
Dr. Khan practices sleep medicine in Roseville, California, seeing patients in person and via online video conferencing. He resides in Granite Bay, California.
