Finding Peace Within Through the Power of Self-Compassion
Kristin will be discussing how the practice of self-compassion can radically transform our lives. By relating to ourselves with kindness when we fail, make mistakes, or suffer in someway, remembering that imperfection is part of the shared human experience, we gain strength by having an open heart. She will briefly discuss the most important findings in the huge research literature supporting the benefits of self-compassion, and will also teach a few simple self-compassion practices.
