Pradip Pariyar currently works as President of Association of Youth organization Nepal (AYON) and as founder chairperson of Nepal Youth Forum. He has been working in the field of youth media and the last 12 years. In his professionals career, he works with various media organization and key media actors, bringing them together from across diving lines, providing various capacity building trainings on media and peace building.  He facilitates the convening of the drivers of media and architects of peace process to develop communication strategies for Peace Building. He also had opportunity to be trained and subsequently works and co-facilitates with Francis Rolt, co-author of Radio for Peace building Africa and Youth Radio for Peace Building. A facilitator of youth leadership trainings and workshops, he is involved in a variety of research projects about conflict, youth and media. He presents paper in workshops and seminars for UN Agencies, World Bank, IMF, and many other organizations. He manages many of the youth, media and peace building projects in international nongovernmental organization (INGO) as well as in youth organizations and runs youth, media and peace building trainings in Nepal and Timore Leste.
