Deborah Rozman, PhD, is president of HeartMath® Inc. located in Boulder Creek, California. Dr. Rozman has been a psychologist in research and practice, entrepreneur and business executive for over 30 years. She was founding executive director of the HeartMath Institute, and serves on the Institute’s Scientific Advisory Board and Global Coherence Initiative Steering Committee. Deborah has penned a dozen books herself, and co-authored, with Doc Childre, the Transforming book series, published by New Harbinger. The series includes four titles, including Transforming Stress, Tranforming Anger, Transforming Anxiety and Transforming Depression. She also co-authored the recently released Heart Intellgence: Connecting with the Intuitive Guidance of the Heart. She is a key spokesperson on the role of the heart in stress management, resilience, health and performance.

Claudia Welss helps build the field of Subtle Activism as part of the Global Coherence Initiative Steering Committee and the Gaiafield Project Council. She is cofounder and Chair of Invest in Yourself at Nexus Global Youth Summit and Network, a program dedicated to increasing personal and social coherence among a global movement of 2000+ young philanthropists, social impact investors and entrepreneurs working for systemic transformation. She’s a certified and licensed HeartMath provider, on the Institute of Noetic Sciences’ external research faculty and on the board of the Foundation for Conscious Evolution. Her passion for increasing coherence across domains includes as founding partner of an R&D company using a globally patented laser system to generate a new type of coherent wave form for improving substance bioavailability. Claudia was director of the Center for Executive Development at the Haas School of Business, University of California, Berkeley, developing and directing strategic learning programs for global corporations while creating university-based corporate social responsibility curriculum leveraging industry best practices.
