Stress Management Handling Triggers as a Path to Peace
The most important strength that a majority of conscious individuals still need to build is the capacity to self-regulate emotions, attitudes and behaviors. Depleting emotions like insecurity, frustration, impatience and anger release stress hormones that result in impaired memory and accelerated aging. Using simple personal energy management skills when triggers occur builds inner peace, resilience and a baseline shift to access intuition and creativity needed for effective love in action.
