Sue Lynch, JD, E-RYT, Founder of There & Back Again, and previous owner of Charlestown Yoga Studio in Boston, Massachusetts, has served in the Judge Advocate General Corp as member of the U.S. Army Reserve for more than 27 years She is a Gulf War veteran who struggled with PTSD for nearly a decade before discovering yoga and alternative therapies. Sue teaches yoga to combat veterans, develops comprehensive wellness programs and retreats for active duty military, Army Reserve, National Guard, VA, Vet Centers and in the communities where veterans live. She holds certifications in Reiki II, iRest Level 1 and Integrative Yoga Therapy Level 1. Her mission is to provide fellow veterans access to mind-body practices now through collaboration and “boots on the ground” efforts that empower veterans so they too can manage symptoms of combat stress, PTS, TBI and chronic pain and reconnect with themselves, their loved ones and their communities.
