Deborah is director of programs for the Fetzer Institute. She provides guidance and direction in all aspects of project management and provides program analyses and recommendations to Institute leadership. Particular areas of interest include leadership development, organizational well-being, and whole systems approaches to community engagement. Deb previously served as program officer for evaluation at the Institute, and is interested in how organizations harvest, synthesize, and share learnings from their work. Prior to Fetzer, Deborah held a number of administrative leadership positions at Western Michigan University. She holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Sociology from Western Michigan University.
